Per your request, I added probability without any values, tested and there was no email notification. I then change the New value to 90% tested and there was no email notification

After unchecking the 'send on update' on the Recipients from Results email notification, editing an opportunity down to 50%, saving, editing same opportunity to 90%, saving, there was no notification sent out at all. Is there any other suggestions?

This was tested by administrator role. It was also tested in a support role and a management role, so not role related. Thanks.

I tested this and unchecked the Send on Update, Reduced a SO to 50% Saved, Edited the Same PO to 90% Saved and no notification went out. Thanks.

Great News! This was a 'provisioned' permission that Training had to turn on. I was not insane! Thank you! I'm still confused as to how to 'see' the LCS Training pass in our 'Setup/Company/Billing Information'. It obviously isn't the line item I thought it was. This is just my curiosity. Thanks!

When I change the formula lines to Maximum it doesn't show all the line items. For example it shows the LGR's dated 11/18 but not the LGR's dated 11/4... Would changing ALL line items to Max change this?

Secondarily: Management would also like to 'hide'/'remove' from NS Native Home Portlet the Documents/File Cabinet the Help Desk, the custom and the contacts modules... (as they are not required/needed for this group). Can anyone validate which permissions to remove in order to accomplish this? Thank you!
