I wouldn't put a criteria in for the sale rep. The only criteria you would need is on the state. On the results page, just include the inside sales rep field; For those that have one, & are in the particular state, it'll populate that field. If they dont have a isr, then that field will just be blank.

The same thing happened to me yesterday lol. I was testing a mass update & got that same message with no info on what the problem was. I looked at my data & saw what I did wrong, so I didn't think more about it, but would love to know if it's a glitch, or if it's just always been like that, hahaha.

Exactly Chris! The same thing happened to me. I removed the HTML from my custom label & it then loaded fine. We have this same question! When we were with Salesforce, we used to use data.com to auto-append SIC codes for our accounts. We've been on the hunt for a comparable product for NetSuite.

We currently use Pardot, since it's our current marketing program from when we had Salesforce. We may be moving to HubSpot soon though. Only our sales team capture their emails, so we just use our marketing platforms.

That happened to us earlier this year. NetSuite told us there was defect to the functionality of searching by transaction number on our account.
