@John Robertson Sr. @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle - Late to the party here. The issue was during the billing of the SO, NS added the tax back to the ivoice thus casuing there to be an overage on the Gift Cetificate. The project I was on checked with their auditors and found a work around that included doing an adjustment.

The item was changed to MRP on 9/12/2022 and the data is frozen with this detail. What do you need on the item record? The Replentish method is

@Niks Blando-Oracle There was a change from Time phased to MRP, and I suspect that is what is causing the issue. Since the items were changed from Time Phased, to MRP, the GRI screen has not changed However the MRP worbench is working fine. We just want to synch/update the GRI screen. It is causing confursion.

@Ivy Lopez-Oracle TY for repsonse. My question now is what is the trigger for this? When does it decide when to create the records and how does it now it needs them built. I have many routings already in NS and the script didn't build those records.

@John Griffin and @Ivy Lopez-Oracle I ended up creating an alert for WO's with No Routings as a work around, this is where the issue was stemming from. not being able to log time on the WO cause it was not a WIP order. Thanks for your input!

@David DeLisser - ugh TY for your response, I will share waht I learn through this. I would like NS to schedule in WO's in stead of prompting to create NEW WO's that I already have scheduled. I know it did it under Demand Planning but cannot trigger it in the workbench. I will keep you posted.
