Thank you Michelle, Although I am encouraged by your answer - the sales person said no such message displayed. Do these messages need to be "setup"? If so, where is that done? I have scoured the setup fields and find nothing, no check box, no options. What am I missing? Is it a workflow? Thanks, Lily O
