Hello Yuval Yunovitch ! If the check was written in Transactions > Bank > Write Checks it will not be affecting your A/R account and the balance in the Financial tab of the customer account. Hello there again. It seems like you are having trouble with the format of the dates. Check the General Preference (Setup > Company > General Preference) or User Preference (Home > Set Preferences). Whatever is set here, use that same format in your CSV file.
