Hi @Keith Boatner Here are the steps on how we can add County to a customer's address. Setup > Company > Countries > Edit Country Click Customize Address Form Page Add New Field for County and apply to the Address record Navigate back to the Country record > Enable the County field I hope this helps.

Do you mean restricting the users by department for posting transactions? If so, this is similar to these thread1 and thread2. The desired behavior is possible via Workflow or Script. Kindly reach out to your developers to further discuss this concern. I hope this answers your question.
