Hi @srussell, What role and center type are used by your internal partner managers? You can use a custom partner form and hide the Access subtab. Use this custom form as the preferred form for this user or role. Expected result: I hope this helps.

Hi @User_GY7YY Apologies, the license seat should be under Full Licensed User. When you remove an employee center role from an employee record, you should be able to add this role to the new employee. For reference, please see SuiteAnswerID: 85450. I hope this helps.
