Edit your EQI PLC role, navigate to Permissions tab > Lists subtab > Add Subsidiaries permission and set Full Level. Also, please check that the custom role can access all the records and fields needed in the search. I hope this helps. Regards,

Hi @Meherin, Please check if the Do Not Send Emails options is enabled. Navigate to your Production account under Setup > Company > Email Preferences > Sandbox and Release Preview > Sandbox Options: Set it to Send Email to and enter your email address. I hope this helps.
