Hi @Jesper Brantvik Did you try to upload the file one at a time? How about compressing the file? Is it still more than 10 MB? The file size needs to be lessened for it to be uploaded in the system.

Hi @Lee Ann R Can you try to recreate the role and check if the user that is intended not to see the report won't be able to access it? I am thinking that there might be something wrong in this role, or it seems broken, as I can successfully restrict a user in my testing.

Can you try to recreate the role and check if the user who is intended not to see the report won't be able to access it? I am thinking that there might be something wrong/broken in this role, as I can successfully restrict a user in my testing.

Please ask the user to clear her browser's cache, close the entire browser, and open a new one. Please let me know if that user can no longer access the report.

Hi @User_Q1DPO As per checking, there is no other documentation that states the exact time of the day that the system will update the snapshots. It would be best to comment on this question in the SuiteAnswers article so it will be checked further.
