Hello @Edwards_05, According to the Records Browser, it seems that Case Profiles cannot be scripted, which is preventing us from customizing the form. After checking for any existing SuiteIdeas related to this concern, I was unable to find any. Therefore, I recommend submitting a new enhancement request at SuiteIdeas page.
