Hi @Vernita, Oracle NetSuite does not support the use of NetSuite IP addresses to access or manage access to any NetSuite services. Aside from setting up DKIM, did you also set up DMARC and SPF? Thank you for checking, @vti. Please confirm the following: How many roles does this user have? Are all of the roles experiencing the same issue? Can the user manually navigate to the Mail Merge Folder and access the invoice file? Try deleting the browser's history and cache. I hope this helps.
