I would expect the snapshot to include the imported data from Friday in that case. Please file a Support case to confirm if this related to Defect 528241.

I think it depends on when the RP snapshot was taken. Did the import take place around the time of the snapshot shown at Setup > Company > Release Preview? We also had an issue for incorrect snapshot dates being displayed - Defect 528241 Setup > Company > Release Preview > Snapshot Date value is incorrect.

You may be able to use a script to automatically zip attachments on new messages, and then password protect the archive. Not sure how to do the second part but SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 28769 might help get you started.

I don't think a Defect was ever filed for this. According to SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 9627, The Customer Credit Limit Handling preference does not affect the entry of opportunities, estimates or cash sales.

Corey, if you are the owner of the Custom List field (you created it), you would have the ability to add items to the list regardless of the role you are logged in with. Can you try it with a different login using the same custom role? Thanks,

As an Administrator, you can edit the role and make sure it has the Lists > Financial History permission. To confirm, log in with the role and view a Vendor record. Depending on the Vendor form, the Transactions tab may be located under the Financial tab. Thanks,
