  • I just got a response back from the support team. Similar to jono101's ticket I did not get a defect#. See details below: Currently, this is a standard behavior on our system. Emails do not send to members of a group only to the group email. The method of hard setting an email into the recipient sublist was depreciated…
  • Hello, I am going to jump into this convo since I am also having the same issue. First of all, it’s frustrating that you cannot choose a contact from the customer record as a recipient. We also have 100+ “inventory” reports that we send to clients (with multiple recipients) because we have their inventory in our…
  • @"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle" not getting MTA reputation errors.
  • @"PaulFleetwood" Thank you so much for the suggestions and apologies for the delay as I've been doing testing with customers. I made the changes you recommended, took out the '#' and link to adobe. I also tried delaying the emails like you said with a 3 second delay. Results: To be honest, I'm not sure the suggestions…
  • @"Erick Dela Rosa-Oracle" Apologies for the delay. Deleting the emails from the bounced email list did not help. I confirmed with one of the customers that the email was showing up in the bounced email address was a person no longer in the company so their emails no longer work. I cleared it and resent and that still…
  • @"Erick Dela Rosa-Oracle" Screen shots of bounced email addresses (company info redacted) and here is our undelivered emails (company info redacted) Note that this date range is from 5/5 to today. Note #1 is the only email sent from the script I mentioned previously. None of my emails are in this list. Also customer…
  • Hi @"Erick Dela Rosa-Oracle" I was also taking a closer look at the email itself that was sent out. I see that the "mailed-by field" says bounces.na2.netsuite.com Is it possible this is causing out emails to fail the dmarc/dkim/spf check on outlooks end? Am I causing a conflict by having all 3 setup?
  • Hi Erick, Thanks for getting back to me. I did tests in our production account by sending to multiple different types of emails. I sent an invoice to my gmail, yahoo email, and Microsoft 365 email. I was able to receive immediately to my gmail and yahoo email but the Microsoft 365 email did not work until I implemented the…
  • Good day! You may also consider this option: 1. Using an Administrator role, navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Item Fields > New. 2. Add a Label. 3. Type = Image. 4. Store Value = T. 5. Under Applies To tab, Inventory Item = T. 6. Under the Display tab, you may select Main under Subtab field. (Subject…
  • pcutler Thank you so much! that got me on the right track, although I had to alter it a little to get the results I wanted. I changed it to: INSTR('111,222,333,444', {number}) and set the value to 'not equal to 0' your original formula was giving me everything except what I wanted. I did run into the character limit but I…
  • Ok Exciting news! I've basically found a solution for this and I’ll post my findings here for anyone who is just as much a noob as me with netsuite or for anyone who wants to do this not using a script! Found a post buried deep in the forums regarding a slight variation of my question (Sending Invoices via Email). It uses…
  • Bumping this one again with a slight update. I feel like I'm so incredible close to figuring this out. I tested two ways: I have my saved searched of all the invoices I need. I have the work flow that grabs the saved search and then have the action to send email- to my own email (where I will download the attached invoices…
  • Pcutler & POwen, Thanks for the suggestion pcutler. Like Powen said is does send each invoice individually, which would be fine for those that don't have that many invoices to send, but probably would not work for the ones with 100 + invoices. Also another issue going this route is I'm seeing it sends the invoice to the…
  • Thanks! I'll look into our options.
  • I've tried going a different route with this, maybe I can get some input on this? I made a search to find the open invoices of the customer I am trying to re send invoices to. From there I made a work flow 'to email' using that search so that I can send all the invoices to the correct email and set to email action to have…
  • Sorry for the late response there was testing going on so I couldn't try this out till now. I tried {entity} and {tranid} (the subject exactly was '{entity} test {tranid}') but still not getting everything, got 18 of 104 and there is nothing for today in the undelivered list. According to the internal rules that glindner…
  • OK I was able to figure it out! Others were able to see it because I didn't set the event types correctly. I had only put edit and view, but I selected all event types and now unauthorized users can't see it hile viewing or editing it.
  • Hi Carl, I've done as you said and modified the form so that tax id is under it's own subtab but I don't know how to restrict access of subtabs.
