Yes, thank you Michelle. I have been trying to tell our Support team to use email from Case Record tab > Messages > Email button. I updated my settings inside EXCEL and can now open downloaded excel files. Excel>Trust Center>Microsoft Excel Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Fire Block Settings then changed my radial button to "Open selected file types in Protected View and allow editing."
