Hi @Asher_123, I checked my resources on this one, but I couldn't find any documentation catering to your specific requirement. NetSuite has Shipping Integration with FedEx, UPS, and USPS/Endicia but that is mainly used for calculating real time rates and printing shipping labels. You can reach out to your Account Manager…

Hi @aisaadaniya, Have you tried creating a Bin Putaway Worksheet for the item? Using Administrator role, go to Transactions > Inventory > Bin Putaway Worksheet. Just populate the Location on where the item was received in (but was not put in a bin), then the item will show in the list, so you can put it away in a bin. Try…

Hi @Camila O, Thanks for posting another question here in the community! ? Per checking, this is not possible yet since the ability to source Stock Units into a Transaction Column Field is not yet possible and is logged as Enhancement # 62405. You can vote for this in the SuiteIdeas page. To anyone who has ideas or…

Hi there @CDuf, Glad to have you with us today and thanks for posting your concern here in our community. Let's see if our other members have any suggestions for your requirement.

Hi @Kgothatso, Yes it is possible. You can use the same steps in SuiteAnswers 48988, but just use these formula: From Bin = CASE WHEN (MOD({linesequencenumber},2)=1) THEN {inventorydetail.status} END To Bin = CASE WHEN (MOD({linesequencenumber},2)=0) THEN {inventorydetail.status} END Hope this helps. ? -Ivy…

Try changing the formula in the search to 'kg' instead of 'Kg' since formulas are case sensitive.
-
Can you also send a screenshot of the Items subtab of the WO showing components with Units = Kg?
-
Hi @User_9E4AO, I tried this on my test account and I was able to get a value to show up using a Saved Search and with the Store Value check box unmarked. Here's the setup of my custom field: And here's the Transaction Saved Search I used: Formula: CASE WHEN {mainline} != '*' AND {unitabbreviation} = 'Kg' THEN {quantity}…

Hi @Atticus, The search provided here will not work for your use case since this is an Item Search which shows only those items that are still on hand. You can try to modify the "Inventory Number: is On Hand" and set it to "False". This will then show the serial numbers that are no longer on hand. However, note as well…

Hi @John Griffin, thanks for sharing your insights on this! ? ---- Hi @KNason76, I found a related enhancement request for this one which you can vote for in the SuiteIdeas page: Enhancement # 168834: Transactions > Manufacturing > Build Assemblies > Components: to have a pop up list to show the lot number/serial numbers…

Hi @User_HPB3I, Try setting it up under Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms, then look for the Preferred form for the Packing Slip. If you are using Advanced PDF Template, you need to change the Print Template and/or the Email Template to the new one you created. If you used Basic, then change the PDF Layout. You can…

The other logic that is included in the formula I provided are comparing if the following details in the Warranty Registration record and the related Invoice No. record are the same: Item Serial Number You can try exposing those fields to check which lines were filtered, but was supposed to be included.
-
Can you try and check the results which lines were filtered out? Maybe some lines did not use Account Type = Income?
-
You're welcome! Glad it works now on your end! ?

Hi @Jay Schwausch, Can you set the description of that Formula (Numeric) field to is equal to 1 instead of is not empty?
-
Hi @Jay Schwausch, Try adding this formula in a Formula (Numeric) field in the Criteria tab of your search: CASE WHEN {custrecord_wrm_reg_item} = {custrecord_wrm_reg_invoice.item} AND {custrecord_wrm_reg_serialnumber} = {custrecord_wrm_reg_invoice.serialnumber} AND {custrecord_wrm_reg_invoice.accounttype} = 'Other Income'…

Hi @Gavrah Rabba, Is the Positive Inventory Adjustment on a different date than that of the Negative Inventory Adjustment?
