You can add a Criteria so that the search will only show items that have Location Qty On Hand that is greater than 0. Try to add Location On Hand is greater than 0 in the Criteria tab of your search.

Just want to clarify.. Do you want the search to show only those with quantity on hand in the location?

Can you change the Summary Type of the Inventory Location to Group instead of Maximum? Does that change things?
