Hello, @Rebecca Carter. Unfortunately, it would be difficult for us to test this on my end, even with your provided file, because we don't have access to your saved search/account. We sent you an email regarding this. Thank you!

Hello, @Chandanesh. Unfortunately, adding custom saved reports to dashboards as a portlet is not yet supported by the standard NetSuite account, unlike saved searches (Enhancement # 63502 : Dashboard > Allow any customized report to be added to the dashboard, similar to the custom search). In regards to adding a link of…

Hello, @User_DH24T. Thank you for clarifying. Upon checking, currently, there is no core feature in NetSuite that achieves your expected result. I found a related enhancement request that seeks to limit the Customer search results in an NSPOS workstation according to Subsidiary which is Enhancement # 275001: Limit Customer…

Hello, @Chandanesh. Good day. I had to edit the pictures that you have attached because it contained sensitive information such as customer names, email addresses, addresses, etc. The ability to customize the Customer Dashboard Links portlet is not yet available in the standard NetSuite account. This is currently an…

Hello, @User_DH24T. Good day. Would you be able to share a picture or a screenshot of this page where you would like to add additional search filters when searching for Customers? Please redact any sensitive information such as names. email addresses, account numbers, etc. Thank you!

Thank you, @M.Lisa. You are correct 🙂 Hello, @User_6YI1X. Thank you for the screenshot. I just tested this on my end in a test account where Demand Planning, Supply Allocation and Material Requirements Planning features were never enabled. I initially created a sample Sales Order and noticed that the Expected Ship Date…

Thank you for your additional insights, @YYF. 🙂 Hello, @User_6YI1X. You may see and check if @YYF's suggestion to create a custom Ship Date line field or column and a custom workflow that populates this field based on the standard main line Ship Date is feasible for you. If not achievable through workflow, this might be…

Hello, @User_6YI1X. Per checking, there are no native reports in NetSuite that specifically shows the number of business days between the main line ship date and the actual ship date excluding weekends of a Sales Order. I cannot think of another way to do this aside from creating a saved search with a formula which you…

Hello, @User_6YI1X. Did you mention you never had this field shown on your sales order forms? Even before September 2023? If it is shown, when entering new Sales Orders with inventory item, does the Expected Ship Date automatically populate or no?
-
Additionally, upon further research, I found SuiteAnswers ID 32292 mentioning that if you have enabled the Available To Promise feature, Expected Ship Date will not be populated automatically.
-
Hello, @User_6YI1X. The Expected Ship Date line field is not a new field. Per checking related cases, I can trace back that this has always been a native field in sales orders since 2011, so most likely, it's been introduced in NetSuite earlier than 2011. Per my tests, the standard behavior of this field is that it will be…
-
Thank you, @User_6YI1X. Another checking that we could do is to verify whether the Expected Ship Date line field is populated in your Sales Orders. May you please check on a sample sales order (e.g. Document Number 117338) if the Expected Ship Date line field is populated? This is under the Items subtab. In our tests, if…

Hello, @User_6YI1X. May we ask for a screenshot of the audit trail for your Enable Features? Go to: Setup > Company > Enable Features In the upper-right corner of the page, hover over More Click Audit Trail Feature: filter to Demand Planning Then, can you please take a screenshot of the list? Just please redact any…

Thank you, @User_6YI1X. Can you try checking on the actual Sales Order itself (e.g. Document Number 117338) if the Ship Date field that you want to pull up in the search is populated?
-
Thank you, @User_6YI1X. By the way, I edited your screenshots so sensitive information are redacted. Additionally, may we ask if you could expose the Actual Ship/Receipt Date {actualshipdate} and the Ship Date {shipdate} fields as columns in the search for troubleshooting purposes? We just wanted to check if these fields…

Hello, @User_6YI1X. Thank you for posting this thread 🙂 May we ask for a screenshot of the saved search audit trail subtab similar to the one below: Also, we would like to ask for additional information: 1. What is the current version of your NetSuite Account? You may verify this by right clicking any blank space in your…

Hello, @Rebecca Carter. One of the columns that is returning incorrect sum in your saved search is the Applied to Invoices when you add Applied to Transaction: Amount (Shipping) as another column, right? For easier troubleshooting, I wanted to limit the columns in the saved search. On your end, are you still getting…

Hello, @Rebecca Carter. I was hoping to recreate your saved search on my end by looking at your saved search setup so I could see the behavior and troubleshoot. Thanks!
