HI Thank you. We had another one today, an international card that would not process in Netsuite using fortis, but it did process in the fortis backend. Here is the payment event for the transaction that would not work in netsuite. Input appreciated!

Hi I am told that those 3 cards have been run in the backend of Fortis. We dont have a payment record for that attempt as we just get a generic message that it did not work - it does not save on a transaction record. It did not even show in the fortis backend that it did not work. I dont think we can ever provide this…

We ended up getting Fortis to say it was ok to inactivate MES and we would still be able to refund payments made through MES. We did that about 2 weeks ago so that issue is resolved. Thank you

We recently installed Fortis and enabled Payment Instruments. We were using MerchantESolutions (MES), for many years. Hello We just enabled payment instruments. Now 'payment option' on the payment subtab on our sales orders and other transactions is no longer a required field, and we would like it to be. How can we make that a required field? Thanks

This comment is from 13 years ago. We are now having an issue with the same IP address adding (bogus) leads to our system, I think via our sitebuilder shopping cart. Is there any progress in this area of not allowing them to do so? Thank you
