I appreciate the help. I changed my field to the Serial/Lot Numbers field and used ${item.serialnumbers} and that worked as required. Thanks for the help!

The solution worked as indicated, the only thing is we have to manually add the attachment that is sent on the original email, but other than that, this worked very well, thanks for the help!

Is there a way to script that Next Approvers field so at every transaction update it gets "saved" to a custom field that IS available on a Saved Search?
