@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I went to the office and all three reps cleared their cache, tried a different browser and they all get the error. Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle it still would not show just fully committed sales orders. We decided to take a different approach to the project we are working on. Thank you for the assistance.

@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I tried that formula and it is still returning orders that have a backorder amount. The formula I previously used on the summery tab was this I tried your formula and it is still returning orders that have a backorder amount.

Hi @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle. Those are a lot of formulas to build so I have not had the time to try it. I think an easier option is to back in the product category in excel before sending to the customer

I figured out that during a recent pricing import, the item ID was renamed and added the extra Parent ID. So this one was not NS Gremlins :)

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you for the information. I created a new role and restricted the view to the specific subsidiary. I then advised the user to switch to that role to view the KPI's for that subsidiary. It saved me a lot of time and headache not having to create saved searches for standard KPI content.

@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle So I was trying to update just one price level. What I found is that is I filled in blank price levels (that we no longer use) the Matrix then populated the price level I am updating.

@Michelle Jabanes thank you for the suggestion, but that does not help the employees with their reoprts. I can go into the saved searches and see the field to drop it in the report. But when I switch from the ADMIN role to another role the field does not appear for selection. That is why I think it is a permission setting…
