@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I figured out that one saved search used in a custom KPI was not set to Public, so I could see it because I am the owner, but the sales team could not. All is working now. :)

@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I went to the office and all three reps cleared their cache, tried a different browser and they all get the error. I am using their same role PG - Sales and the KPI loads fine for me.

Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle it still would not show just fully committed sales orders. We decided to take a different approach to the project we are working on. Thank you for the assistance.

I figured out that during a recent pricing import, the item ID was renamed and added the extra Parent ID. So this one was not NS Gremlins :)

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you for the information. I created a new role and restricted the view to the specific subsidiary. I then advised the user to switch to that role to view the KPI's for that subsidiary. It saved me a lot of time and headache not having to create saved searches for standard KPI content.
