@Ivy Lopez-Oracle Thank you Ivy! That worked ?
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I started to do that but wasn't sure if it would grant them access to the scripts themselves. I found a work around. I used the canned report and customized it and saved. She then has access to the reports.

@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle @Micah Timbol-Oracle @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Thanks for keeping us updated on the status. ?

It's Back Up!

Yes we are based in Florida, Massachusetts, Germany...we are all down :(
-
Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle Yes that was the issue. Thanks for the help as always!
-
@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle Hi Kristoffer. Thank you for your help on this. When I switch my language to German and then Edited the form name it saves it correctly. Now I just need to learn German. Navigating in a language I don't know was a lot of fun. ?
-
@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle I also had them clear their cache and it did not fix the issue
-
@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle Yes it is the email transactions on the customer record. I was able to get the workflow built. I didn't think it was working because I could not indicate false. But this seemed to work
-
@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle Hi Kristoffer. I tested using their role and when my default language is set to English it prints like I have set for the default. But when I change my preferences to German language, it goes back to printing the German translation to the default form name.
-
@Kristoffer Viray-Oracle It is the Sales Order Form and Invoice Forms that customers see.
-
@Chance Fry Thank you! Your post caused me to think of the transactions. She could add a Charge to the PayPal account but not CC accounts. So I just needed to open up Credit Cards. Appreciate the help ?
-
@Justin B Yes she is trying to match credit card data. Our Controller Role can access it, but when comparing role differences, I can't pinpoint what permission to open up
-
@Justin B @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle Thanks for asking. Yes I did verify they are using the correct form. I think it has something to do with they have their Language Preference set to German and I have mine as English. It doesn't look like the form name is pulling in the default value I have set on the form. It is only…
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle The code was not showing for the Controller Role, but is for the sales team. Not sure what permission is different, but she doesn't really need to enter gift certificates.
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I saw that you could not modify the gift certificate email that the system sends out. I am trying to build one via Documents>Email Templates to use as the default on the form. I am just dropping in fields from the form and get the error when trying to save
-
@Biomerics_Admin @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle Thanks you! Yes that worked for them.
-
Thank you once again @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle! Worked perfectly. I would have never thought to look there.
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you so much!

Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I did review the article and I had previously checked those and didn't see anything that I was missing. We go live next week with the German subsidiary so hopefully it works in Production :)
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle Ahhh, that is it. We are using Group Average Costing. Thanks you for clearing up the mystery. :)en Invalid Invtid Reference Key xx for Subsidiary xx Comentario por Martha Hakes Dec 28, 2021 6:27PM

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle After I replied, I tried going to Tax Item... and pulled in Rate. That worked to populate the tax rate being charged. Tax Item : Rate Thank you again for all your help. You are a lifesaver! ?
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle you are a genius! Thank you so much!!! :) I had been working on this all morning. I used the formula's and set the exchange rate to None and it is pulling in the correct information on the invoice. Would know where I can find the field to show the tax percentage rate that it is calculating on by…
-
Thank you @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle. I wrote a workflow to set the location on the other two subsidiaries.
-
I was able to figure this one out. The tax code for vendors is hiding in the Subsidiary section, not the Financial section like customers on our account.
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you. The information was very helpful. ☺️
-
Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle is looks like Advanced Taxes. Will we need to migrate to Suite Taxes?
-
@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Thanks for all your help. You are a rockstar!
-
@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Thank you so much. That worked perfectly. Is there a way to write the formula to display the date the RMA was closed?
-
@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Thank you for the information!
