I can't find a way to open the script file. If I try to open it from the file cabinet I get an error or a blank page. I really think that ebiz is the problem. We notice the discount changing shortly after an ebiz update was installed on 11/7.

I doubt the issue can be reproduced on your end. It's happening to all of our invoices. When the invoice is first created it's fine. In this example the total after discount matched the invoice total. If I look in the system notes I see that 30 minutes later a Script runs that sets the after discount values to zero. The…

I believe that by adding the view permission to "Setup Preferences permission" it allows the user to view the settings under the Smart Count tab on the item.

We encountered this error while in our Customer Service, Purchasing, Production manager, etc roles. Basically any role that allowed viewing or editing the item record. Well, I finally figured out what was going on. Our password manager, "LastPass" started overwriting email fields on forms. This started with an update that came out in July of 2023, I'm currently running version 4.120.0. I had opened a user's record for editing and LastPass overwrote the user email with my own. It then…

Just when I thought I had this figured out it started again. The last three days around 3:00 it started logging me out again. I verified that the 3rd party integration isn't causing the problem. I ended up opening a case with support.

Thank you for mentioning the 'NetSuite Login Audit Log'. I was able to see that two other users were logged out 2 or 3 times within a few minutes . I also saw that I had 23 logins within 2 minutes. It appears that a 3rd party integration is using my credentials. I'm doing further testing and will report back. Thanks again.…

I was able to find SuiteAnwers ID 81638 but I can't get phantom BOMs to show up.

It appears that SuiteAnswer Id 63147 has either changed, been deleted or I just can't pull it up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

I realized the error of my ways. I unknowingly change the saved search that the custom sublist used. Once I changed it back everything worked fine. Thanks

HI, View a customer. I choose Getz's Dept Store, /app/common/entity/custjob.nl?id=3071 Go to Customer Part Number on the Financial tab I expect to see the customer parts for Getz's Dept Store.
