Hi @User_YMXJP, I attempted to replicate this on my test account. For some Item Receipts, the "Bill" button is missing because they have already been billed. However, for Item Receipts that haven't been billed yet, the "Bill" button remains visible. This could probably the reason why you also encounter the same behaviour.

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, For OneWorld accounts in general, the currency used on value fields on item records such as Total Value, Average Costs and Last Purchase Price is the Base Currency of the Root Parent subsidiary and is converted using consolidated exchange rates. You can check SAID 44136 .
