Hi there @katherine_15328 As per checking, you can create an Other Charge for Sale item then select a payable account. To create an Other Charge for Sale item: Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items > New. Select Other Charge for Sale. Populate the Item Name/Number and other required fields. Go to Accounting subtab >…
