Hi @DRADG-Oracle, Can you try to check the custom role again (using Administrator Role): 1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles 2. Edit the Custom Role 3. Click Restrictions subtab 4.Click Location (if there are any) and then choose Remove. 5. Click Save
