Thanks for your reply, Paul. I am able to resolve my issue. It was posting transactions in locked periods on workflow approval.

already have a session time-out preference setup 30 min but still, NS does not track logout. NS only tracks explicit logout when the user manually logout from UI Thanks

I am able to fix this issue. sourced this field value into another custom decimal type field and used that field in pdf. getting the correct formatting now. Thanks for your support

Here are the screenshots It is a custom transaction line field on the invoice. this is a free-form text field. Trying to print the value in a number format like 1,000,000.00

i tested it and it is not working at my end.

You are right, I think as per design in NetSuite, the Assigned to field is showing, all employee and employee groups under the dropdown list. That's why it is showing the employee (ERP Team) group in assigned to the field in the above screenshot which I shared earlier

It is working when I have a number list but not when I have a different type of list like sublist under list as you can see in another example below Expected result I need something which is mentioned in this tool here

Yes. we can try any possible working solution/approach. Is this solution working at your end?

No assigned to is also using the same list. If you will try to UI. it will work. even via script it will work but not working via workflow.

Tried on after field edit and it is not working. I am trying(ERP Team) to set a group in the assigned field not sure if there is a limitation with NS.
