Hi @Vernita, I configured a new permission group for you in order to rule out browser cache. Can you sign out of the community, and log back in to confirm you able to upload images now?

Hi @Vernita, I updated your permission group and was able to upload images and attachments with the same permissions. Can you try to attach an image to this thread? If you still experience this issue, please try resetting your password via the Forgot password link on the SSO login page, and log back into the community.

Hi Ivan, I sent you a private message regarding the permission error. Once you are logged into the community via SSO, your role should allow you to upload images, and add attachments to your posts.

Hi @Ivan Babiichuk, I tested this further with the identical permissions to yours, and was able to upload a gif, as well as an attachment to this thread. Unfortunately, I was unable to open https://i.imgur.com/tU1Hc0o.png Do you receive a permission error when uploading an image to this thread as well?
