A fix to Defect 333174 Custom Form > Projects > "You cannot submit this Form due to an Unexpected error" will be released shortly. This fix should address the unexpected error on all entity records.

Greg, Support filed the following Defect 333107 - Incorrect Negative Quantities on Hand > Request to strip off Location on Pre-MLI Transactions.

While the fix is pending release, another Alternate Solution may help: Create a Saved Search and display the fields to edit on the Results tab, then Use Inline Edit to change the value of the field.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: 1) Log out of NetSuite 2) Clear browser’s cache 3) Log back in to NetSuite If the problem persists, contact Support and reference Defect 333503 - Edit a Customer record > Hit Save > Popup message: "You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error".

This is related to Defect 330322 On Searches and KPIs > Relative Date "Today" is defaulting to Yesterdays Date. Please contact Support to attach your case and receive status updates.

You could try wrapping the formula in REGEXP_REPLACE({customfield},'<[^<>]*>','') or use a macro in Excel to strip the HTML tags.

What type of search are you exporting? In some cases, exporting an Item Saved Search with Description field added as a column, the Description contains HTML tags.

In that case you could source the customfield into a custom hyperlink field and export the hyperlink. This way it won't display any html tags on export and the field is linked in search results.

If you are using a custom role, you may be using a published dashboard that has restrictions set by your Administrator. Do other users with the same role as you see the same thing?

I would report this to Support to investigate further. When a refresh fails, a popup error message is displayed that includes an error ticket number.
