In that case you could source the customfield into a custom hyperlink field and export the hyperlink. This way it won't display any html tags on export and the field is linked in search results.

If you are using a custom role, you may be using a published dashboard that has restrictions set by your Administrator. Do other users with the same role as you see the same thing?

I would report this to Support to investigate further. When a refresh fails, a popup error message is displayed that includes an error ticket number.

Support filed Defect 320857 regarding the intermittent performance problem. Some users may experience better performance using https://system2.netsuite.com.

A similar error was reported on Inventory Item mass updates. Please file a Support case and reference Defect 286772.

Using Ctrl+F5 to reload the page does effectively clear the cached file as well. You may use this as the alternative to clearing the browser cache the usual way.

Both IP Addresses 167.216.129.171 and 167.216.129.170 are no longer listed in the CBL. 167.216.129.170 was removed at 2014-12-06 22:42 GMT and 167.216.129.171 was removed at 2014-12-06 20:19 GMT.

Support has filed the following Defect: 319458 FedEx Shipping Item > Enter Sales Order > Compute Shipping Cost > Cannot Compute Shipping Cost > Error Cannot calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. The rate for this service is not available for the specific source and destination address.

This may be a caching issue. Try clearing cache and re-loading the page.

I use Chrome 39.0.2171.71 m almost exclusively and haven't seen this before. Have you tried clearing cache, close and restart Chrome?
