@JohanvL, if you want to charge customer more than what your FedEx bill will be when you setup shipping item under List >Accounting>Shipping Item, in the discount Rate field you can put more than 1 and system will charge customer accordingly. for eg. if you want to up charge customer by 30 % you can put 1.3 or if you want…

Hmm when you over issue the component it will go to scrap account if it is part of the WIP. if it's not part of the WIP then you do it out of the manufacturing process and maybe you can do IA.

@RichardMc Can you over issue the component? when the items are damaged before using it on the work order. for E.g. if someone damages the material in transporting from warehouse to the Lab.

Greetings Ivy, Thank You for posting this but it doesn't serve the purpose that we are looking for, we sell Item X internally and Externally and we want to change G/L Account based on where the item is sold, (Based on A/R Account) of the customer, so it will keep going back and forth between the two accounts.

Joy, I have seen this SA before, I have done cost roll up alot and I do have my list but I wasn't sure if it's complete. similar issue on a different item, I have -0.02 in a bin, because it was over received, it was suppose to be for 2699.98 but it was received for 2700, this is in a closed period so I cannot change quantity on the item receipt.

I looked at each of the transaction individually I didn't see any without the BIN or lot in question, inventory valuation report gave me an unexpected error, so i clicked on contact support button hopefully they can help.

Greetings, thank you that worked perfectly but the only question now is that TAB moved to the very front, I need to move it back and I don't see that in my related record Tab in customization. I need newly created Tab to the last one.

when i changed the form it did work, but users cannot keep changing the form, it's tideous for them to keep changing the form. it only worked for that instance. we don't have any customization on invoice.

Greetings, when I changed to any form it works, including the form in question, so if I follow Trx < sales < create invoice, it loads with BCOR form, it keeps account # blank, but when i change it to any other form and change it back to BCOR form, it works. we do have LatamReady bundle but I didn't the bundle ID mentioned…

Greetings, sure here it is this is in Incognito mode, first one i went to transaction < sales < Create invoice and on the second one I Clicked Create invoice from the customer record.

Greetings, but then how does it auto populate when I click invoice from the customer record? or transaction> Customer> invoice billable customer. I looked the scripted record for invoices and nothing is changed in the last week and a half when this issue started to occur.

It says SO, Estimate, Cash Sale, Invoice, RA, Cash Refund and Credit memo. this might be limited list, so where is the comprehensive list that hides the "Void" button on the transaction. we are mainly looking for…

Greetings, Yes, It did work, but my accounting team didn't like the answer, as they think, once the check is voided it should be automatically removed from the queue, no additional manual work should be required.
