just FYI if somene ever wants this information NetSuite doesn't currently expose those fields so we need to take data out of NetSuite put it in relational database junction data base and use Oracle autonomous Data Warehouse to get the information.

If you don't populate the label field in "set field Display label" that should hide the field and you can pick any event type,view/create/edit/copy etc. hope this helps.

did you try using formula field on saved search? you can use SQL in saved search.

I am not a developer but if you know one or can contact one they might be able to write a script to mimic the same behavior on the website that occurs inside the ERP. no harm in trying, lot of time they give you free estimate.
