Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Then next to that one a bar showing the current week's # of that case issue type. Some way ot easily see if a case issue type was happening more…

About the case issue: is this the same as the Issue Type? Yes, that is the field we're looking to track In which field do you typically track the case issue? Currently we're not doing anything with the data, but we're looking for a way to monitor and be alerted if something it outside of the norm. Is this field available…

Currently we don't do much with tracking issues, but we would like to get better at doing so. We're looking for a way to see the average # of cases issues in a given week by type, and compare against the current week to see if something is happening more frequently than usual.
