thanks micah and everyone to provided help. for the open checks when i use this saved search nothing appears in their system, when using the first saved search there are data pulled out. i provided the register as another way for them to track open items.

hi jack, thank you for the information. what we did was undeploy the script record related to invoice template and it allowed the billing role to print invoice.

i had check and currently approval routing is not ticked for vendor bills. they are looking into having a process for approving bills. Plan is to have one approve for legal invoices. the other will approve only vendors other than the legal suppliers/vendors.

hi joahnna, i will discuss with them if they will agree on the manual update of memo field--put in the reason for rejection after they reject the bill in the Approval Bill screen. I will provide an update if they do agree.
