Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle - what i noticed was that when the accounting preference checkbox is unchecked. This page is now lost or deactivated. So is this page dependent on that checkbox and a WF?
-
Hi @Pratik Teredesai-Oracle - I tried this solution however we are using the expense line instead of the items. In creation of a WF, is there an option for expense line?
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle just an additional question. Will this page ever work if we dont have a Workflow in place? Like without the customization of using a WF.
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle the vendor payments do not currently have a workflow in place. However, the vendor payment in accounting preferences - approval routing was checked. So it looks like we need a WF so that this page will work. Please see the error showing up below:
-
@Angela Bayliss so that means that we need to incorporate the conditions in this WF (two level approval and dollar threshold) to the new Three Way Match WF right?
-
@Angela Bayliss Sure here is the original Vendor Bill Approval that we need to incorporate with the Three Way Match Approval Workflow.
-
Hi Team - i feel like it requires a Workflow for you to use this page. Is that correct?
-
Thank you Pratik!
-
Hi @Pratik Teredesai-Oracle This is how it looked like When I click the sublist action group, this page looks different. It is not the same as your screenshot where I can choose the field.
-
Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan do we have articles that explains this standard behavior of NetSuite?
-
Okay I can test this
-
Hi @Pratik Teredesai-Oracle please see my configurations. However, it still did not work. I wanted to use the sublist option but its only for the item subtab and no option for the expense option. I have a feeling that this configuration is when the field is on the body.
-
Hi @Judith Culanding-Oracle so does that mean that every time we try to open a transaction list, it will always default to the last "list" we have opened. For example, I opened the Vendor bill list and selected a specific view. Then I opened the Journal Entry list, it will default to the last list I opened in the vendor…
-
Let me test this one out.
-
Hi @Pratik Teredesai-Oracle i followed the configration but it still did not work. What should we change here?
-
Hi @Pratik Teredesai-Oracle how can i know the actual field ID of a field on the line level? "Condition: {item.custcol_constituent} IS NOT NULL (replace with actual field ID for "Constituent")." I tried to do this WF but it did not work and I have a feeling its because of the constituent.
-
Hi Pratik, I will be testing this solution and provide you an update within the week. Thank you.
-
Hi Pratik - For this one, we are using the standard constituent field on the line level. It is also under the expense subtab. Something to keep in mind as well, is we have Bill Capture for this. Will this solution work for those?
-
Thank you @Tigran Shahnazaryan I will be trying this.
-
Thank you @Red Velasco-Oracle so it seems that both cannot co-exist at the same time.
-
Hi @Cherry Eunice B Licyayo-Oracle apologies for the late revert. Thank you for this
-
Hi @Cherry Eunice B Licyayo-Oracle this happened when I was trying to run the balancing segment. I think maybe there are some existing invoices that have no restriction added to the line level.
-
Thanks everyone!
-
Thank you!!
-
Hi Everyone, thank you for all your help here!
-
Hello, thank you everyone. I have followed this advice.
-
Thank you!!
-
Thank you @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle
-
Hi @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle is it because the department is blank? So it is also referencing past Fixed Assets.
-
Hi Patrick, we were able to check and still doing some testing. Thank you
