The items are not inactive and my preferences are also set. When I do a search from a save search the results show, but when attempted to view from the Global Search the items are not displayed.

The field does not appear on the Transaction Body fields view. Do I add it to this page? If so what do I put under the Source or is that blank?

It appears to be a custom field. Field ID: custentity7 This is a custom field created for your account. Contact your administrator for details. Is this where I would look to see if stored value is checked?

This is what I am finding: When a text is present in the memo is defined on the customer profile it carries over to a Quote and Sales Order.
