@Aaron Epstein-261578 - At our OAS instances (OAS 2023), this is working correctly - if just one value is picked in filter (in Filter bar), it is showing 1 next to column name Are you on OAC or OAS ? For me it looks like a bug - I would create SR for this.

If you want to upgrade from OAS 2023 (7.0) to OAS 2024 (7.6) you should follow "Migrating and Upgrading to Oracle Analytics Server" guide, particularly process of so called in-place upgrade - described in chapter "2 Upgrading to Oracle Analytics Server":
