You might need to submit a Service Request to Oracle Support if: SMTP is configured but the “New” button is still missing Or if your environment is Fusion SaaS standard and doesn’t have workbook scheduling enabled by default Oracle sometimes requires a backend enablement of the feature, especially for FDI workbooks in SaaS.
