I do not think you can directly join Sales – CRM Interactions Real Time with Receivables – Transactions Real Time. Each subject area pulls from separate transactional schemas within Fusion (Sales Cloud vs. Financials Cloud), and OTBI doesn’t have a shared join key across them (like Opportunity ID to AR Invoice ID).

Yes, your observation is correct, it is not supported. I cannot recall where I read but OTBI don’t maintain a local BI cookie or personalization file between logins. It will be a good idea to check if there is already an Enhancement Request logged for it, otherwise log a new one. Hope it helps!

Hello, OTBI SA is restricted to whatever data elements are exposed in the delivered subject areas. You can’t reference base table fields or write SQL to fetch them in the OTBI front-end. Hope it helps!
