You should be able to run User Data Reports that can provide Successful logins and Unsuccessful logins.

Fusion does NOT expose database tables for user login data. Fusion Cloud login timestamps are stored in the Identity Domain (IDCS/IAM) audit logs.

As per my understanding, Oracle Fusion HCM does not support passing URL parameters into the “Goals Center” page in order to dynamically filter or drive dashboard parameters. You can build a custom OTBI dashboard in: OTBI → My Folders / Shared Folders

You might want to try to add the dashboard/report URL manually in the Agent body if it allows editing the email body. You can insert a normal dashboard/report URL like: https://your-oas-server:port/analytics/saw.dll?Dashboard&path=/shared/Finance/Sales Hope it helps!
