Save Customizations in DV
Organization Name
GSO
Description
An option to save the customizations performed on a certain canvas: filters appplied, changes performed on visualizations, etc.
This option should be available only for end-users (in Read-Only mode).
Use Case and Business Need
Like in Answers Dashboards it would be useful for an End-User to save his Customized Canvas and apply this customization later again.

Typically after a customer sees a set of DV canvases with filters at the top, they almost always ask if it is possible to save their filter selections to they don't have to resent them every time they open the canvas. Being able to save filter selections as well as other customizations would be a very useful feature. I consider it as an essential feature.

All the business managers I support in my Operations role actually want to have this feature to save customizations - as it is available in SI and CDP since long already. I wonder, why this needs an enhancement request at all, I consider this feature being a no-brainer actually.

This feature is been widely asked from our user community. Do we have any update on when this functionality will be made available.

@Gabby Rubin-Oracle Current implementation is not fulfil the original requirements.
User should able to save their different customization with different names.
It is available in OBIEE and Qlik also.

@Gabby Rubin-Oracle I completely agree with @Rajakumar Burra . What is currently available in OAC is not what has been requested in this Idea (and what is available in Classics) - thus having option to save customizations under specific names and then being able to retrieve it (thus applying all customizations on opened workbook). So this Idea cannot be set to Delivered status, maybe “Partially Delivered”, there is still work to be done (and space for improvement) . Thanks for reevaluating this Idea.
