Timestamp precision for usage tracking tables

Description
Usage Tracking is a useful tool to investigate bad performance queries. It would more useful if we could set the precision of the START_TS, END_TS columns from the UT tables (including Init blocks).
Use Case and Business Need
When doing performance tuning at dashboard level, we need to understand the complete order or things (prompts reports etc). As we have 10 prompts and 20-30 reports, it's quite hard to investigate this as all start at the same second, but surely they are done in serial/parallel. We need to analyze this and try to tune where we can.
More details
I know it sounds strange, but we are actually looking into this at milliseconds precision.
So an option to mention the table precision would really help us into tuning reports and provide best experience for our users.
