merge Soap API Response to BI Publisher custom Report

We have developed a custom report using On hand quantity SOAP End point and in response we are getting ATT (Available to Transact) and ATR (Available to Reserve) and now we have another requirement how to merge this end point response to Bi Publisher custom report.
Currently we are using this SOAP API : https://edhx.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmService/OnhandQuantityServiceV2?WSDL
