OMC to be able to export metrics to other regions

When thinking about disaster recovery in Oracle Cloud, there is a solution to get backup of services and import it in different regions.

For example, Compute instances can be backup as block volume, Autonomous database can be exp/imp using datapump and Oracle analytics cloud has the function of getting snapshot.

As listed above there are function for users to get a backup of each service and importing it in a different region in disaster.

However, for OMC I was told by SR that it is a regional service and does not have an option for getting backup and cannot be used in other regions with the same metrics.

I believe OMC can be reliable in a region to use. But it should be able to be used in other regions when disaster of a region.

So my Idea is, to make a function of getting metrics as a backup and make it able to send it to other regions.
