Mass load BI site favorites to users

Description
In an effort to push more use of the reports on the BIP site, I would like to be able to mass load favorites to the accounts of users so that I can prepopulate reports they made need based on department or job responsibility.
Use Case and Business Need
Users in different areas having access the BIP site to run reports claiming it is too hard to use or too many clicks to get what they need.
