Export functionality should be configurable by presentation column and presentation folder in the RPD.

Use Case and Business Need

There is an option to export data in the OAC DV and OBIEE. This has some data privacy and GDPR concerns. 

While consuming the data in the platform might be good (as Administrators can guarantee that data is secured and seen only by the granted users), the fact that the data can be easily exported generates a security risk for data breaches, once the data leave the boundaries of the platform.

Moreover, for some use cases, exporting the data might be necessary for the user (e.g. an HR user needs to export data about certain employees, like email, manager, HRBP to plan actions and contact them), but we should not allow the users to export sensitive data about individuals (for example, the user can be granted to create visualizations on Performance Assessment, Gender, Age, within the tool, but they should not be able to export this data elsewhere where security might not be enforced).

For that, in our opinion OAC requires some more configuration options to mitigate the risk.
