Revert back immediately to previous version in case of severe issues
Description
As a basic principle of software deployment, could you please incorporate rollback back feature to previous version to avoid business disruption?
Use Case and Business Need
We faced several issues due to last upgrade resulting in unavailability of key reports for more than 24 hours. It affected business severely.We raised two Sev 1 SRs (3-25033385698,3-25024528981) and it took more than 4 days for the resolution of all the issues.
More details
At present, post version upgrade , there is no way to roll-back to previous stable version. In case of critical bugs ,customer has to face severe business disruption until the issues are fixed.
