OBIEE 11g - Maps are not Exported to PDF, XLS and PPT Formats in SSL Enabled Cluster Environment

Hi Friends,

I am Login to OBIEE via HTTP URL, export the analysis with a map view to PDF, XLS, PPT or MHT format, you can find the maps image in the

downloaded/exported file.


However, when you log in to OBIEE via HTTPS and export the analysis with a map view to PDF, XLS, PPT or MHT format, maps are not getting

displayed; rather you can see the image of a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark.


OBIEE Version : 11.1.1.9.0 (Cluster Environment(HTTPS) )



Please help us if any one facing same issue in OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 Map Viewer.
