Current behavior of automatic setting of UI language in Data Visualization UI (using language set in browser) is quite limiting for our end users. They want to have the same flexibility as in "classical" UI (analytics), where they can set UI language (and locales as well) in user preference screen. This is not possible in DV UI . Please note, that we do have SSO setup in place for our OAS environment, so there is no option for user to pick-up language in login screen (bi-security-login).
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Business users are requiring flexibility in selecting language for DV UI (it is not possible, browser language is picked-up without the possobility by end-user to "overwrite" it).
