Port number for OBIEE mobile app

Hi All-

I have installed OBIEE mobile app in my IPAD. When I add the server it is asking me the information like servername, port number etc... Does anyone know what port number I should be using,

The URL for OBIEE analytics is.

http://Servername:9704/analytics/saw.dll?BIEEHome&startPage=1 

I tried using port 9704 but no luck.

Any help/comments are appreciated.

The port is not the problem, the port is the same.

Please check:

0. Check if your use SSO

1.if you setting SSL(when you use some digital certificate HTTPS protocol) or TSL(when you use HTTP)

2. check if you are in which network you are (WAN or LAN), if you are in WAN you should use public IP (you could use this to get your public ip https://www.site24x7.com/find-ip-address-of-web-site.html ) or if you are in LAN private IP.

3. username and password

4. The port that you are using
