Ability to clone Oracle Analytic Server from one server/host to another

Description (Required):

Just like Oracle E-Business Suite has ability to clone the application tier and database tier using rapidclone, we would like the ability to create Oracle Analytic Server environments using the clone option rather than the current steps in Doc ID 2203360.1

This is largely to achieve byte-to-byte copy of environment to debug/diagnose issues encountered in production

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

1. to debug/diagnose issues encountered only in production and not reproducible in lower environments (3-29320044470, 3-30157105321)
2. Due to multi-vendor engagement it is not always possible to get clear documentation of all steps followed to build an environment (prod/non-prod)
3. Avoid multiple maintenance windows in production for purpose of diagnosis/debugging. Having multiple maintenance windows in production for purpose of debugging creates a negative impression on the product
