Description (Required):

In OAS 6.4 (onprem) the system settings console has brought in the performance and compatibility setting "Maximum Working File Percent Size". The is essentially pointless to have without the coupled setting from NQSConfig.INI:

WORK_DIRECTORY_SIZE_GLOBAL_LIMIT = ## GB;

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Add at minimum WORK_DIRECTORY_SIZE_GLOBAL_LIMIT = ## GB to systemsettings.

I don't think the minimum is required for WORK_DIRECTORY_SIZE_GLOBAL_LIMIT, coupling system settings with NQSConfig.INI would be idle.
